Has anyone ever been to Kobe Steak and Seafood House? (Side note: Not the same as Kobe Japanese Steakhouse). The salad dressing is AMAZING and I would love to know what's in it or at least the nutrition info!

1/2 small yellow or white onion
1/2 cup of salad oil (I use vegtable)
    1/2 cup of white vinegar
    1 TBL prepared mustard
1/4 cup & 1 TBL of teriyaki sauce
1 inch of ginger root (Peeled)
    salt to taste

Pulverize the onion and ginger into a smooth paste, I use my food processor. Add all the other ingredients and blend it another 2 minutes. The heavier ingredients will settle to the bottom, so u must stir it well before pouring over your salad. Enjoy!

I looked it up and that is what I found

Yeah, unfortunately that's the one for Kobe Steakhouse. This Kobe is smaller and less- known, only on the east coast. Can't find it anywhere!

I go to the one in White Marsh, MD. You can purchase it in a pint or quart. I've been searching for the recipe myself and finally decided to ask if they sold it when I was there late last year. The pint sells for $5.30 w/tax, not sure how much the quart goes for.
