Anyone have snacks that they work into their days for those inbetween meals?
I'm looking for something filling, not orange slices lol. Freaking orange slices...
The best I have found so far is Shredded Wheat, 160 Cal for 1 cup. It tastes good enough, and doesn't leave you wanting more like sugary food.

Air popped popcorn. You can buy a popcorn popping bowl at target/walmart/amazon all you do is add the kernels. you dont even have to add oil. Read the labels on the kernels in case some brands are more low calorie than others but 31 calories for a whole cup. You could have a huge huge movie theater size bag of it for not many calories. Kernel seasonings makes a "calorie free" spritzer where you spritz your popcorn for a second. There are seasonings which do contain sodium but there are sweet options like kettle corn, or salty like cheese, jalapeno, sour cream and onion. etc etc. I love it and it is super cheap!
