Hello!

Hi, I'm Meg, a student from the UK. Not looking to lose a huge amount, just 20lb or so. My main goal is to improve my general fitness. I've been doing bodyweight workouts and eating in a deficit for a couple of weeks now and have lost about 4-5lb already. This seems like a friendly forum, so I'm looking forward to getting to know people. :)

    I'm Alex my goal was about 30 lb and i have lost 8 so far, i go rock climbing twice a week and i can really feel the benefit of being a half stone lighter. just felt id reply to your post and share a little something :)
