Hold Me Accountable

I have been "dieting" for a little under two months now. However, I am not seeing results. I make excuses for myself regularly: "I don't have time to workout today." "I'll eat this brownie now and really start my diet tomorrow." In the end, I am disgusted with myself. I have never weighed as much as I do at this very moment, and I am not happy with my body. Today is the day I change. I will hold myself accountable (and hopefully you will too). I am ready to like myself again.. and that won't change until I do.
