Turbo Fire & strength training question

Hi ~ I'm planning on starting Turbo Fire on April 1st. I'm currently finishing Chalean Extreme. Will I "lose" the muscle that I have gained while doing Chalean Extreme? If doing Turbo Fire would you suggest weight lifting in any way?

    I started doing a hybrid of the 2 since I wasn't willing to risk losing the muscle I gained doing CX. I just don't think the toning workouts is the same. However I will say that I noticed a huge difference in my core muscles after just one week of doing TF!!!! There are multiple different hybrids on the Beachbody site you can look up.

    ah thanks so much. I was thinking of doing that, but read in a few places they suggest doing both individually first, and then move onto hybrid. I just don't feel either is great "alone." thanks so much
