I recommend this documentary HIGHLY! It's about a man that juices fruits and veggies for 60 days and loses and amazing amount of weight. I've started on Tuesday and I've lost 5.4 lbs so far! I don't feel hungry all the time and it's rather easy. The only part I find difficult is watching other people eat, but then I tell myself "Hold it together, woman!" and i'm fine. I love it and i'm only doing it for 10 days. After ten days i'll see how I feel about my weight and I'll either stop or do it for another ten days at a time.

I hope you all try it!

Enjoy

Its not a documentary, its an infomercial. The dude sells juicers.

why do so many people think that food is the enemy?

Are you obese like he was?

Do you have severe health issues like he did?

Are you under medical supervision like he was?

    ^this^

I can understand juicing as a meal replacement shake once a day or every so often, but replacing solid food all together does not seem to be a sustainable means of losing weight and being healthier.

Also, for anyone leading an active lifestyle it is really hard to keep up a heavy workout regimen and keep your day job while on any kind of fast. Just sayin.
