Route Tracking Apps/Websites

Last week I was editing my routes on the website I use to track such stuff. I noticed everyone who searched my city could pull up my routes, so I quickly changed the profile setting to something more private. Then I ran across this article today about bicycle thefts via Strava in the UK. I figured a lot of people who read this forum probably use something similar to track their stuff.

So yeah, be cognizant of who can see your routes, what your gear is, and at what times you go out if you use Social Media for this kind of stuff.
