Can anyone advise what percentage of Carbs, fats & protein I should aim for daily.

    When you first set your weight goals, My Fitness Pal determines those numbers for you in your food diary. Not so much percentage but in real numbers.
  • could you provide a bit more information? what are your goals? are u gaining muscle mass? losing weight? what is your goal? how much do u exercise

    Hi, I've got the iPad app and when you have finished logging for the day, it displays a pie chart explaining the food groups in percentages. Today mine was 61% carbs, 16% protein and 23% fat.
