Hi my name is Summer and I am starting this because it is like having someone else there to help you through and motivate you. I needed this so it will hold me accountable. Can't wait till I am doing this for awhile. I am excited to see the changes in my body and mind. I know it is going to be a struggle, I know I can do it and I am happy to be able to come to these forums and get support from others that are going through the same thing!!!! Here is to the beginning but can't wait to be at the end :wink: one step at a time, one step at a time....
