I am not sure how all this works. Anyway, I am 163lbs and I want to lose 20 lbs by May 2013. I put in the lowest exercise program because I work 8 - 5 every day and have kids so I probably would not be able to exercise until the weekend. I am on a 1200 and something calorie intake do you think I will meet my goal.

20 pounds in 2 months is not a reasonable expectation and would not be a healthy loss. Even if you could do it, you would be risking your health. One pound a week is a reasonable expectation, though many people don't lose that much regularly. I average 0.7 pounds each week, some more, some less.
Your lowest calorie intake is based on your overall activity level as well as weight, and other factors. You will probably need to increase that amount and add even more for your exercise.
There are some links you should read at this location:

There are also some ways you can work exercise into your normal day, walking to the farther bathroom, using your breaks to take an extra trip upstairs, taking an extra lap around the grocery store all add up. My exercise is a couple of walks around my building every day, and 20 minutes on the treadmill in front of the TV every evening.0
