  • HI, I'M IWASBORNBLESSED FROM TEXAS AND I'M SO EXCITED AB0UT THIS SITE. MY BOYFRIEND WHO IS MORE THAN HALF MY SIZE AT 165 POUNDS ENCOURAGED ME TO RECORD EVERYTHING I ATE; AT FIRST I WAS LIKE THIS WILL JUST TAKE TOO MUCH TIME OUT OF MY DAY AND I DON'T WANNA DO IT, ESPECIALLY SINCE HE IS TRYING TO GAIN WEIGHT WHILE I TRY TO LOSE ALMOST 150 POUNDS. HOWEVER, THREE DAYS INTO THIS THING AND I'M REALLY LOVING IT. I HAVEN'T MANAGED TO USE UP ALL MY DAILY CALORIES, BUT ONE DAY I HAD TOO MUCH FAT INTAKE SO I AM GONNA TRY AND WATCH THAT. IF ANYONE WANTS TO CHAT ON YAHOO MESSENGER CONCERNING THE SITE, CHECK ME OUT UNDER THE NAME IWASBORNBLESSED!! WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER!!

Prevention Magazine has some great 400 calorie meals that are real easy to make.
  • I LOVE Arnold brand sandwich thins. I have along post here about how awesome they are, but I absolutely love them. They have only 100 calories, protien, fiber, great for any meal. And very versitile! Great with eggs for breakfast, natural PB and bananas or raisins for snack, a veggie burger for lunch, grilled chicken or poched salmon for dinner. Love them!
