Need Motivation

Hi, I am new to this and am really motivated to lose weight. I am getting married in about a year and really want to look my best. Anyone have some good motivation for how to keep on track and get to the gym!!

    I am also trying to loose weight but only 10 pounds and im pretty convinced i hit a plato hahaha...So can a few of you great people tell me some things to me help drop the weight!! I would STRONGLY appreciate it!! I am doubling up on work outs and runs and eating right with an occasional dessert and i still yet have not dropped any weight in the past 2 weeks:.( I even put int he extra effort to have 200+ calories left over in my day...its very depressing and stressful considering my track season and what i do next year for college RELIES on it!! so pleaseee help me out!
    Aslo i dont kno where to post this kinda stuff to get motivation haha so sorry it this ruined ur mojo?)

    It's quite possible that the problem is that you're eating TOO FEW calories, thereby making your metabolism slow down. I would make sure you are eating at least the minimum calories recommended, especially if you work out, and eat small, frequent meals to keep your metabolism going. :wink:
