how to add another setting 2track sugar

I track calories,carbs,fat,protein and sodium. I notice some people track sugar as well. I thought it only let you keep track of 5 things.....maybe I really don't want to know. Lol. No I do. Please help if you can. Thanks !

You can track five things, six including calories. Go to your calorie/macro goal settings and you can choose to track sugar.0

Go to the Food tab then click Settings then Change Nutrients Tracked

So far I have only been able to track five things. I just had to decide what was more important sugar or sodium. I wish we could track all of them. I just check on the nutrients tab on my IPAD app to see all the nutrients at a glance.0

You can single 5 things out. But, you can go to your reports and see all the facts0
