Some foods seem to make fat around my belly?

I've lost all the weight I want and look great. I continued to lose and have added foods such as occasional bread, potatoes, some sweets and other carbs I did not eat when I was doing 1200 calories. I only got my carbs from veggies before. I'm holding at 108 but have noticed my belly is bulging. Has anyone else noticed certain foods cause your body to look different?
