Recording Power 90 in Excercise Diary

Hi everyone! I'm wondering how I record Power 90 in my exercise diary?

    I have a HRM so I just created a new exercise for each DVD with the length of the workout and enter the calories burned from my HRM. That way, each time I do plyo (what I did today) I just select it from my exercises, adjust the calories to match my HRM and voila! I do that with my other workout DVDs too. Helps me keep track of how I progress each time I do the same workouts.
