An NSV under my belt.

I don't have pictures yet, unfortunately, and besides that my loss isn't terribly visual just yet.

However, I had a great NSV today, and normally I just share these on my feed but I wanted to share it here as well.

When I was getting dressed for work today, I was pulling my belt tight (which I had gone down four notches in since January!) and suddenly the buckle snapped. I was panicking; I NEED a belt, especially with having lost some weight now, my pants won't stay up well without it.

I looked all around my bedroom and found one in the closet. It was a belt my wife bought me sometime last year that I haven't worn a single time; still had the tags and everything. I never wore it because it didn't fit. As in, literally, when I tried to put it around my waist one end didn't touch the other.

Figuring it was worth a shot, I put it on and it FIT! I'm on the farthest out loop, to be sure, but it fits. It's nice to see NSV's like this because when you have as much to lose as I do, the visual component takes a while to catch up. Having confirmation like this that I'm doing well was great
