SOMETIMES I OVERREACT TOo QUICKLY

So, for awhile I was losing pretty quickly. But I hit 203.6 on the 27th and didn't hit 203 til 5 days ago and that made me freak out. But sitting here looking at my report brought me back down to earth. It hasn't been THAT long (still longer than I'd like though) I still may not be eating enough calories (my goal is at 1380 and my diary is open if anyone wants to check it out and offer advice). I think I'm going to just switch up my workout some and pump my emotional breaks. Stressing over it isn't going to help it come off any faster. The main reason I'm stressing is that I LITERALLY CAN'T REMEMBER the last time I was under 200 lbs and that would be such a victory to me. So I'm bugging out, because it's so close but seems to be taking forever to get there.

I've noticed my weight loss seemed to happen in "waves" where i lose nothing, nothing, nothing, then BAM one week 3lbs comes off, the next week 2, then nothing, nothing, nothing. I wouldn't stress about it too much. it does seem like you are eating very little. The calorie counter MFP has seems to be correct, and that when I stick to my calories, i see weight loss, so assuming you input all your information correctly, I wouldn't be afraid to eat more. I noticed I'm kind of plateauing at my current weight, yet I can see that my stomach (the last thing to go) seems to be "deflating" and getting looser...which it always does before I lose another "wave" of weight. It does seem to take forever, but before you know it, a year will have passed, and then you will look at your old photos, and say DAYUM. Don't get discouraged.0

Thanks. And I'm thinking about moving my calories up.0
