Unfortunately due to the hCG diet, I've had some heart stuff going on and until I get the 'okey doke' from my physician, I have to be a bit careful.

Thank you for sharing your story. Hopefully, it will help someone that is on or thinking about starting the HCG starvation diet to steer clear of it.

I wish the FDA would do their job and get all the HCG diet products off the market after they ruled against it back in 2011.

Also, FDA advises consumers who have purchased homeopathic HCG for weight loss to stop using it, throw it out, and stop following the dieting instructions. Controversy about, and shortages[37] of, injected hCG for weight loss have led to substantial Internet promotion of "homeopathic hCG" for weight control. The ingredients in these products are often obscure, but if prepared from true hCG via homeopathic dilution, they contain either no hCG at all or only trace amounts.

The United States Food and Drug Administration has stated that over-the-counter products containing hCG are fraudulent and ineffective for weight loss. Hi! I have never heard of the hcg diet so I did a little research. Hope this helps spread the knowledge.
