    Yay!! i have concord the feel of being hungry and it has been three days sense i have really eatin anything with a lot of sugar. Oh dang i about forgot i had half a Vanilla milk shake today at lunch. I guess i am not doing so well after all. Tomorrow is a better day for us all

    you should start tracking your protein. a gram of protein and a gram of carbs each have 4 calories, but protein is going to keep you feeling satisfied longer than carbs will. adding a hand full of nuts, a hard boiled egg, or some deli meat is a good way to incorporate protein into your snacks.

    WOW i just ate like half an hour ago and i am hungry again i guess i am bored. need something to do but i cant go for walk because it is raining and cant do my normal exercise because my couisn is sitting in it. :grumble: I will have to wait for them to leave so i can do something to keep myself busy
