Asking on behalf of a friend. My friend wants to add milk to her diet but she doesn't want to get a milk mustache or anything. What's a good kind?

    Just like cow milk is produced by and for cows, breast milk is the best milk for women.

    Deodorant we all know about. That's simple, you need the one that's ph-balanced for a woman. But what about milk, I think even ph-balanced milk might leave a milk mustache. She's probably better off just drinking water is what I keep telling her.

    If your friend doesn't want to get a big milk mustache, she should drink lots of small sips, as opposed to taking fewer man-like gulps.

    where I used to live in Saudi you can buy camel milk. My husband tried it, says it tastes nice. Personally I hate the taste of milk, so didn't see why camel milk would be any different. I did enquire about camel laban (laban = Arabic milk based drink that is liquid but tastes more like yoghurt) but apparently it's not available in the shops, but the desert dwelling bedouin make it for themselves, so it's possible to get it from them. We didn't know any desert dwelling bedouin, hence I never got to try camel laban.
