40yr old Expat in Singapore

Hi everyone, I just got an iphone and found MFP. I am an expat in Singapore and trying to get into shape after the excesses of living in Hong Kong for 3 years. I am lucky I don't have a sweet tooth and all desserts could be vaporized and I wouldn't notice........but put a packet of crisps anywhere near me and they will vanish pretty quickly!!

Here is my plan !!
Am also hooked up with Nike+ to monitor my walks . I try to do 2 x 12km speed walks every week.
I have wired up my WiFit.
My food plan is a kind of joining together of all the diets I have been reading about. If I have a lunch choice I go for sushi and sashimi, the rest of the time I aim to have a low carb with good lean protein diet, lots of salads and roasted veg with roast chicken and steamed fish for eg. If I do this, cut down on alcohol and increase my exercise I can't to far wrong ??
