Sprinkle with good old salt and pepper thoroughly on both sides + Coat with your dry/wet rub of choice or just lemon and olive oil (marinade)
* Set it aside in the refrigerator (wrapped in cellophane for a good while (minimum of at least 15 - 30 mins) would be advisable, but if not I'm certain you're good to go.0 -
I use shake n bake and bake them in the oven ....juicy and yummy0

^ Agree. Possibly grill then bake ... Would best complement the sirloin chops.0
