Mood Swings?

Ok since I have started cutting my calories and walking I have noticed I am having some awfull mood swings. I wish I knew what is going on. Do any of y'all have this problem? :laugh: :explode: :cry:

    How little are you eating that that's happening?

    Originally I had set up to lose 1-2 lbs a week, realized I was irritable and headachey, so changed it to .5 and am more pleasant than ever (and I feel better, too).

    Whenever I drop calories, I get crabby. When I over exercise I get over tired.

    I found that I NEED my carbs. I got cranky when I tried to drop them below 45%.
