need to loose last 6-7 kgs

hii...
i weighed 126 kgs earlier. now i have reduced to 85 . I need to loose 8 kgs more, but stuck here.. m doing 4-5 days of irregular weight training. i need to reduce flab around my belly and chest.
any suggestions!1

    Other than that, common opinion appears to be a mix of cardio and weight/resistance training. I am by no means an expert, but I've seen a few pages which suggest that doing intervals of walking/jogging and sprinting is *very* good for fat reduction. Most treadmills will have some sort of pre-set program for this.

    85KG was a difficult one for me to get past. I started at 101KG. I'm now 82, but was stuck at 85 for a while.
