A glass of cold water. Dehydration can make you sleepy. Also do you get any sunlight? If you go in that early and don't have a window you may still be in sleep mode. A sun lamp may help.

Carbs put me to sleep.. A potato is as good as anesthesia.. and it works just about as fast.. I find I do much better on an all protein breakfast..

Thanks all just getting back. I figured out my sleepys was the meds I was taking. Not sleepy anymore, unless I work the 2nd job too much. Lol

I get a similar thing after lunch if I eat more than about 300 calories and/or too many highly processed carbs e.g. pasta and bread. A small potato is fine, but a large one will make me sleepy. I also feel sleepy if I don't drink enough.

How many calories are you eating in total? Also, if you have a diet heavy in carbs, it can do that too (well at least for some people). Can you open your diary? And how many hours of sleep are you getting?

I even tried ice water. I still get sleepy if I am up too late. 10am stinks and then around 5pm. Junk
