What's my best option to stick with my low calorie plan?

egg drop soup, kung pao chicken, brown rice. eat half the serving of rice and chicken and save it for lunch the next day. the sodium is fairly high in most meals but you can look at their nutritional values. the only issue i saw is that they don't post sugar content. Anywho, that's what I ordered when I went there.0

I would plan for it to be a cheat meal. Way too awesome not to let yourself indulge just a little. I was at the one in Las Vegas a few months ago and it was awesome. Didn't hurt someone else was picking up the tab either0
