                    Hi guys,
I want to start lifting, and at present I have absolutely no idea what or how to start?!
I currently run about 30-40 miles per week, and do 2 x 'Iron Strength for Runners' classes which mixes some plyometric exercises with weights etc... but all these amazing results people have with 'lifting' have got me really curious,
What can I do at home, with a pair of 3kg and 4kg dumbells? Do I need certain kit?
I really simple guide from those in the know, would be great to get me started...I don't have a gym membership though.
