    WOW! I don't usually check out the messages, but decided to do so today! You are awesome! I'm down 60 pounds and have 40 to go. I'm much older, but this is good incentive for me and anyone else who sees it. All I can say is...YOU GO GIRL!

    Hey everyone! I just wanted to update. I'm officially 106lbs down from my highest weight. It's been a long, hard, road.. but totally worth it. I've never felt so good in my life! I've been running/strength training from the start of my journey until the past week.. and I'm currently doing Insanity for the first time! I'm on day 5! I'm loving it! :) Here are some photos!
    Start Weight: 250lbs
    Current: 144lbs.

    You look great!!!! Please don't take this the wrong way, but nothing could get me motivated to get started and keep going with my goal. I want to lose about 25 to 30lbs. I have to tell you looking at your before and after pictures this lets me know that I can do it.
