I am 60yrs, studying counseling at Uni, full time primary carer to Mum who has early stage dementia, have a host of medical problems, which normally dont worry me, need to lose weight to regain my health and being operated on, my biggest problem is exercise, I have no cartilage and bone spurs in my left knee I am in constant pain
, I know by losing weight thats going to help heaps, and I am very motivated, so please any tips for exercise would be wonderful, I live out of town so going to a swimming pool is out of the question, Oh yes I am from Australia and the weather is cooling down
