Lower Back Pain?

Hey guys, I quite cross country awhile ago or in other words stopped doing alot of running to focus more on strength and endurance training for Wrestling and MMA. And now that Im happy at the weight class Im at, I started doing alot more running (2-3 miles every morning) then I normally did but am finding around the 2mile mark I start to get pain in my lower back? Its nothing serious and really dont stop me from running. Im in my 2nd week of this and still have this sharp pain in my lower back.

Any body have any idea where it comes from? If it helps any I run the 2-3Miles with ease, Im not really straining to finish or anything , Its an easy and good warm up to start my day.
