I seriously need some help.
I have just had my 3rd binge this week.
I feel fat, I feel disgusting and I feel so guilty and angry with myself,
I'm sat crying my eyes out, I just don't know what to do

what are you binging on?
Look back and think about that triggers you to binge and work on inproving this.
What enduces you to get in the place to start to binge...Board, angry, sad... what emotion are you in? and ty to find someting to redirect that emotion/thing..
I hope this helps! Chin up... Keep with it and things will get better. also . make small changes.. dont go huge.

Great advice Jen - I often have binges on sugary things so this is a good tip to try and remember before reaching for the biscuits!0
