Scrambled egg whites with .125 cup of 2% shredded cheese, 1 whole wheat English muffin and 3 slices center cut bacon.
Extra lean burger (4oz raw), 1 slices 2% american cheese, pickles, salada, veg on the side.
Extra lean ground beef or turkey tacos with one low carb or corn tortilla, lowfat shredded cheese and black beans.
Big salad with chicken and other veg. Avocado if it fits in the calories, no dressing or some super lowcal yogurt based dressing or light basalmic.
Turkey meatball back with light marinara sauce and light shredded mozzarella.
    Soup and sandwch.
Meatloaf muffins (use extra lean ground beef).
Turkey bratwurst/Italian sausage with sauteed onions and a veg and/or fruit and/or salad on the side.

You can lighten up almost anything. What do you like that you don't often have?

I like to chop up my fave veggies and broil them while basting with Mccormics grill mate marinade (Hawaiian luau is my fave.. baja citrus is great, too) and have it w beans and rice.. u can get a reasonable portion for 300 calories.

    I also make stuffed shells:

    10-12 jumbo pasta shells

    1/2 cup boca meatless crumbles
1/2 cup tomato sauce (flavored to taste or premade)
    1/2 cup ricotta cheese
    1/2 cup mozzarella
    1 egg white

mix the cheeses (only half the mozzarella) and egg together and season w garlic and Italian seasonings to taste.

combine meatless crumbles and tomato sauce.

stuff shells half w cheese then rest w sauce mix.

bake 20-25 mins covered at 350.. last 5-10 mins uncover and sprinkle remaining mozzarella..

meatless dinner packed w protein. about 85-100 calories per stuffed shell.

i usually have 2 shells and a small salad. :)

At least 2 cups of mixed greens or spinach (20 cals?), a little vinegar (your preference) and ounces and ounces of chicken on top until you reach 300.

    I keep all my recipes in Paprika, these are one's I've had or am planning on trying soon;

Chinese Chicken Stirfry: http://www.eat-yourself-skinny.com/2011/11/chinese-chicken-stir-fry.html (this is AMAZING!!)

Eggplant Panini with Pesto: http://www.skinnytaste.com/2012/07/eggplant-panini-with-pesto.html (just over 300 but if you really needed it to be 36 calories less you could always edit it)

    Grilled Chicken with Avacado: http://www.skinnytaste.com/2011/07/grilled-chicken-sandwich-with-avocado.html

    Asian Tofu Stirfry:
    -Nasoya - Lite Firm Tofu
-Olde Cape Cod - Fat-Free Toasted Sesame Soy & Ginger Dressing
-Asian Stir Fry Vegetables (Trader Joe's has a premade mix in the refrigerator section if that's easier)

Turkey Meatballs on an arnold bread or over spaghetti squash (or turkey meatsauce)... I mean, you can use beef as well but I don't.

Turkey (or beef) chili with lean meat.

Shrimp Stirfry (could make a similar recipe to the chicken one)

Turkey Panini (adjustments can be made to what you like but this is how I do mine)
-2 slices of bread (I use pepperidge farm light style soft wheat)
-Turkey (or other deli meat... you can also add a cheese if you like)
    -Roasted Red Peppers
    -Wishbone Light Delux French Dressing

    Grilled Chicken Bruschetta: http://www.skinnytaste.com/2011/05/grilled-chicken-bruschetta.html

Grilled Chicken with Salsa and a side of Veggies

Turkey Burger with a Sweet Potato or other Veggie side
