I'm looking to get Xtrain but before I commit to buying it, I'd like to take a better look. I don't want to pay to download an Xtrain video which will then be a duplicate if I decide to buy the set. Can anyone who knows Xtrain suggest another one of her workouts which is in a similar style to give me a better idea of xtrain. This way, I can use it whether or not I buy xtrain.

Hope that makes sense.

Given a choice is like a back one or cardio.

You can buy XTrain DVDs separate or as a whole. IMO Cathe does not have anything similar to burn sets. Tabaticize you can sub Hiit, to the max or crossfire. Hardstrikes is kickboxing. All out low impact Hiit is fun. Cardio blast legs is similar to plyo legs. But with each XTrain DVD comes extras like the 100 rep challenge. Oh and the other weight work is similar to her low impact trisets workout. Super cuts is kind of like afterburn. But this is really an awesome series and if you buy downloads you don't have to purchase DVDs unless you want to. Good luck.

It's much cheaper to buy it as a set. The advantage of buying DVDs is I can sell them on if I don't like it.

Are you able to put the downloads onto DVD to play in a DVD player.

If you go to her website (or collage video or youtube), you can play snippets of all of her videos. I did that before I bought the Low Impact Series. I was with you, it was a pretty big commitment to buy the whole series - but if I only bought one video, then it wouldn't make sense to buy the series later.

I doubt it. Even if you could you probably would not retain all the chaptering that makes the DVDs so flexible.
