It was around 11 months for 100 pounds. I expect the last 50 to (hopefully) take another 11 months.

Don't know how to post pictures, but they're in my profile

Saving this for motivation.... I have to lose exactly 100 lbs to get to my normal/healthy BMI. I've lost almost 40 lbs so far (in 2 1/2 months). I have 60 lbs to go to get to my healthy BMI. Thanks for the motivation and the hope that I could possibly be there by this time next year. Great job to those who have lost the weight!!!

i'm down 85 pounds in 7 months, My goal is to be done in 9 months! I GOT this! but i definately work for it (My HRM says i spent 876 hours working out last week for a total of 9436 calories. And this is pretty much how every week has been for the last 6 months.

    I only see 168hrs total in a week...24*7?

10 months to shed 100 pounds, another 6 for about 40 more to include a lot of body recomposition. I let food and fitness take a backseat to other stuff in life for a while and I'm currently about 15-20 pounds heavier than in the "after" pictures, but I've maintained around 125 pounds lost for well over a year.

Eat healthy, exercise, hydrate, rest, and be patient. Those were my "tricks" for getting fit.

I'd like to lose about 5-10 pounds again and drop a few more BF% but don't have any desire to be as thin as I was at my lowest weight.

11 months August 2011 to July 2012...it's these last 2 pounds that I'm just not feeling really. I started maintaining around November last year, ate Thanksgiving dinner okay, then went home for Christmas in "Cookie heaven" and gained 10 pounds. Lost that finally in February.

I'm pretty happy now--from a size 24 to a 4/6--6 in suit jackets. It's the smallest I've ever been in my life and I'm just grateful for the chance to be ME!

    See my ticker for pictures!
