Has anyone heard of the Bioslim mix? We sell it at work and Im thinking of purchasing it it makes you feel full and helps cut cals.

    its a mix you mix with water or milk and it fills up your stomach so you dont want to eat as much... I think the website is unicity.com

    What are the ingredients? What makes you feel full? I'd look very closely at the ingredients and do research on it before buying it. Anything that makes you feel full due to fillers and what not is not a long term solution. Make sure the ingredients are whole foods and real nutrition that provide value to you....not just fill you, bloat you etc.
