Going out to dinner to a Hibatchi grill tonight. Anyone have any suggestions for healthier menu items? I am sure the yumyum sauce is out of the question.

Sushi if they have it. Or sashimi. And a bowl of miso soup. Just don't have a ton of it. Otherwise, get the chicken and eat just small portions of everything. My main issue over there is the oil they cook it with... I don't think it's a very healthy one, lol.0

You can get the grilled shrimp (just ask them to use very little butter or oil). Also, skip the rice. And load up on the veggies (again, ask that they be cooked in very little butter).
I always eat the Yum Yum sauce, though. It's too good to pass up!! Just work it into your calories for the day and you'll be good!!0
