I'm new to this forum and could use some friends please:):) I've been doing this almost 3 weeks and have actually gained 2 pounds. I'm pretty sure it has to be muscle cause doing cardio 5 times a week and tracking all of my calories. Ok so maybe in another week or so I'll see some differences. Feel free to add a newbie;)
