Olive Garden

So my son wants to go there for his birthday dinner tonight.....I was online previewing what I would like to order so I didn't get side tracked and I was completely thrown at the calorie counts. I was thinking mussels and salad, but it only came to about 400 calories!! Can this possibly be accurate? I mean I'm aware it's a complete salt bomb, but the count seems way too low.

Any thoughts?

Go on-line and put in "Olive Garden nutrition"...there will be several sites that give you the calorie count for their foods. I know their salad is a lot higher than you'd think.

Sorry for the misinformation...the salad is about 150 for 1 serving with dressing...and the mussels depend on which recipe. They range from 180 to 600+!!! So it might fit well in the calories you mentioned. Have a nice dinner!

It seems fine to me. I've yet to see huge pots of mussels in restaurants here, especially chains. I'd probably look at the healthy meal section personally if you have more calories left!

Thanks everyone!! I was on the nutritional site for Olive Garden. That is what prompted the question.
