hungry on TDEE-10%

i recently switched to the TDEE - 10% method. i've been doing it since about the beginning of march and i wanted to give it a whole month to see how it's going. the problem is the past three days i've just been hungry, hungry, hungry. i've gone over each day in an effort to keep myself satiated but i'm starting to worry about the effect it's going to have on my little "experiment" with this new eating strategy. i guess when i weigh tomorrow if i see a loss that'll give me some kind of guidance, but i'm kind of doubtful that i'll see a loss since i saw a gain when i weighed myself on wednesday. i know that these adjustments take time for our bodies to get used to them and get back in the groove, but what do i do in the meantime while i'm starving? :frown:

Edit: I just looked at your diary.

Perhaps it could be a sodium issue?

High sodium = thirsty = You think you're hungry

Do you track how much water your actually drinking? There's not a lot recorded in your food diary. The 8 glasses a day rule is a generic catch all. I drink 100+ ounces of water a day (note I run/workout a lot so I have a high water intake to stop dehydration).

i've been trying to track it lately. each "1" is one of those giant refillable cups with the straw. it gets to the point where the thought of drinking water makes me uncomfortable because i've drank so much.

Since you said it's only been a few days that you've been especially hungry, do you think it could be TOM?

You may want to take a multivitamin for a couple of day of days to see if you are missing something in your diet.
