Chili lime chicken and quinoa for supper

I've been trying to discover new ways of eating well. I love pasta and anything with carbs, so this has been a fairly difficult journey. Here is a recipe I cooked up today. If anyone gives it a shot message me and let me know what you think.

The 1st step got cut off.

Simply rinse the quinoa and bring 2 cups water to rapid boil. add quinoa then simmer for 20 minutes. (I'll have to fix that)
