How will a 1.4cm gallstone pass through a 2.1 mm duct? My math says there is no way in hell. Would anyone like to share if they had something similar because I would really like to know what is to come next when I see a specialist next week.

As far as I know, you really don't want the gallstones to end up in your duodenum. That would be bad. Most people I know have their gallbladder removed when the stones are causing enough problems (your gallbladder spasms/contracts to release bile, but the stones prevent its normal function, causing irritation and pain after long enough). Good luck with the specialist.0
