I have lost 60 pounds, kind of fast coming off at first between giving up sodas and bread. I do treadmill and cardio and wanted to know what else I could do to help tightening up the loose skin that is now sagging.

Thanks

Weights won't do anything for sagging skin.

People tend to lose weight a lot faster than their skin can react. I believe it usually takes about two years to snap back into shape (though the length of time depends on a lot of factors from age, to diet, to sun exposure, etc. )

Staying hydrated and eating a protein-rich diet will help. :)
