Motivation at the gym

Just wanted to share this. I have found a fun way to stay motivated at the gym. The gym I belong to has bike called Expresso. The bikes have courses from easy to extreme, 1 mile to 20 miles, so you pick where your at. You also compete against everybody in your gym and globally, so you can track your progress. The real catch is the bikes track a bunch of data, watts, mph, miles, calories burned and heart strength. All this is viewable on your computer in your own account. These calories also link right to MFP. Just sharing.
