Ladies with PCOS and Metabolic Syndrome Help!

Hello, I've been diagnosed with PCOS (the high testosterone kind, not the estrogen kind, though I'm sure you ladies have your own horror stories) and Metabolic Syndrome for awhile now. My problem is however, that I was put on Metformin to control the testosterone levels (and it did seem to work quite well), but I've been having a hard time remembering to take my medicine lately (it needs to be taken with a heavy meal you see, and I've not been home, so when it's out of sight- its out of mind).

Also as of recent I've been stalling on my weight loss, and even GAINING weight. It's very frustrating to say the least. My diary is a mess right now as I'll admit to having done some stress eating, and I also just got over the flu,but prior to that I assure you I was still having issues.

This is a rather round about way of asking, if any of you have also noticed these ups and downs with your weight loss, and if it truly is the fact that I've been missing a pill here and there or if I need to be more strict on my foods and not eat anything that fits into my macros, but ONLY healthy wholesome foods. Also have any of you noticed if going about a certain calorie amount stalled you out on weight loss? Because after 1300 (unless I did quite extreme exercise for the day) seems to make me stall or gain.

Any help?
