Been a while but its creeping back

Spent 5 solid months losing 2lb per week and have been down at a target weight for about a year but its come to a point where my maintenance is not working, currently gained about 5lbs back and am really annoyed.

Am writing this to make a promise to get back on the plan and get back to target weight again.

    The thing is, though. Your body will fluctuate by 5lbs or so every once in a while. I would worry about it too much cause 5lbs isn't incredibly noticeable. Just add in an extra ten minutes to your work out or cut out of reduce one of you snacks per day. It'll go away again :D

    Good for you for nipping it in the bud quickly. May be your overestimating portions, or exercising less. Have a good honest look at it, and i'm sure you'll kick it again!
