Best Way To Stay On Track When Traveling For Work

I've been traveling quite a bit for work these past few months attending meetings. The lunches are usually catered and there are often group dinners at restaurants.
It's hard to stay within my calorie limits when I'm eating out so much. The meetings start early and the group events end late making it hard to find time to exercise, which also adds to the problem.
Does anyone have any tips on how to stay on track?

I have the same problem, and time differences and airport/plane food does not help either! I try to book a hotel close enough to walk to the office, although weather does not always allow that. I have downloaded some workout apps on my iPad, and take a resistance band, so if I do get 20 minutes to myself, I can do something in my room, without needing all my gym gear (I try to travel light).
Hope this helps a little bit!
Good Luck!0
