Does TDEE include?

I have a question for those who use the TDEE method... I do know that the TDEE includes my cardio that I put in. I was ok until I was reading threads and now confused some... does the TDEE include calories burned from my job? I am on my feet constantly averaging 8-9 hours (just my job alone) daily (except weekends). I only put my activity level one below sedentary...lightly active(exercise 1-3 times a week). I am averaging 1 pound of weight loss a week but wondering if I should be eating more...but I am feeling ok with eating 1700-1900 a day. I have read of people eating more and losing more...

It sounds like what you are doing is working. One pound a week is a great pace. I'm a big believer in keeping things the same when they work and making any changes slowly. You can actually look at your consistent calories and what it does to your body at your current activity level and use that data to understand your body better.

Thanks...just want to make sure I am doing it right. For the first time I feel I can lose this time around because I am not feeling starved.

Sheesh, it does read high, sorry! I put it up as it outlines what you need to take into consideration better than others.
