eh i agree with half of this article. Some is very true, such as the sushi and dried fruit. However, both of those can even be healthy if it`s the right kind. I disagree with the wraps being an altogether no because you can get wraps or pita bread that are whole grain and under 200 calories. Adding fresh vegetables, hummus or taziki sauce, and portioned out meat andéor cheese is going to give you a well rounded meal with protein, healthy fats, and complex carbs.
Same with the veggie burger. Any burger can turn into a catastrophe, but if you portion things out right it`s not really an issue
A lot of it does come down to portion control and making different choices for toppings.0 -
I think articles like this are informative for those people that don't know but it is frustrating that people don't read labels which tell you most of what you need to know, then complain that they are not losing as fast as they could. Labels are not difficult to read, you just need to know what you are looking for. Learning how to read labels should be something everyone who is trying to lose weight or live a healthier lifestyle should do.0

Agreed. And pretty much every time I see salads as an offender on account of "high fat" dressings, I want to punch a baby. It's always on account of the oil, usually olive oil. Hummus has been pegged as an offender as has tzatziki all on fat count alone. It's stupid - they're all good fats in moderation.0 -
What I thought was more interesting than the article was the comments made below it. Themajority of posters were irritated by this article. One poster said something along the lines of, "This article makes me want to punch Cosmo in the face." I got a chuckle out of that.
It's all good info for people who don't already know better. I kept thinking to myself, "Tell me something I don't already know..."0 -

Absolutely every single food can be bad for you if you eat too much of it.0
