Losing the weight!

Whats making us fat is what we put in our mouths. Its really not difficult to maintain a healthy diet. My girlfriend got me drinking Shakeology among other things and I just feel better. I add Matcha to these shakes all the time and it basically makes it a one, two punch. Drinking just one glass of Matcha a day burns 90 calories all by itself. We get Shakeology and Matcha from http://www.coldsoreproductrevi... Its the cheapest there.
