Yard Work

Can you add yard work to the exercise? If so, how do you figure it. I Have been tilling up the garden, cutting grass and weedeating.

    I believe yard work or gardening are in the database - have a look through there and find what best matches what you did.

    Since I have my baseline set at "sedentary" I include all activities.... like chopping firewood, etc.
